Fields is an Industry Trainer and subject matter expert (SME) in Aseptic Processing I. He has over 9 years of experience, Fields has held roles in Analytical Laboratory Testing, Research and Development, and Quality Control. Fields holds a BS in Biology from East Carolina University and an MS in Nutritional Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
